Windows 7 Family Pack coming to UK
£150 per licence but limited supply.

Microsoft has confirmed that it will be making its Windows 7 Family Packs available in the UK.
The Family Pack, which will cost £150, will provide buyers with licences to run the Home Premium version of the new operating system on three PCs.
However Microsoft said there will only be "limited quantities" available of the Family Pack, which will go live on 22 October.

Pricing of the US version of the Windows 7 was leaked last month, but at the time the software company refused to confirm whether the UK would be offered the same option.
Microsoft initially planned to ship a European-only version of the operating system that didn't come bundled with Internet Explorer, following antitrust charges bought by the EU. However, Microsoft has now dumped these plans in favour of a 'ballot screen' that will allow Windows users in Europe the ability to pick which web browser they want to use.
