Firefox 3.5 to launch tomorrow

The latest version of the popular Mozilla browser, Firefox 3.5, is expected to be released tomorrow, a company spokesman said on Friday.

A key feature of the browser is the TraceMonkey JavaScript engine, which boosts performance and stability. Indeed, speed has been stressed as a key attraction of the upgrade.
A Private Browsing Model is highlighted as well, for control of private data. HTML 5 capabilities are included in such areas as encoded video.
A downloadable release candidate for version 3.5 was released last week, following beta and preview releases this month.
